MAXCARE - General Terms and Conditions

  • The vehicle Must have Saudi plate registration to be eligible for the upgrade programs.
  • The customer vehicle Must have a service history in accordance with the manufacturer’s scheduled servicing in order to be eligible for the program activation.
  • If the vehicle has missed service in-service history, the customer should provide the outside performed FCA acceptable standard service performed copy which clearly indicates the parts involved.
  • If the customer fails to comply with regular service history even by 1 service then the vehicle must go through 125 points check upon approval
  • The 125 Point inspection fees (800 SAR ) amount will not be refunded.
  • UPGRADE ELIGIBILITY - prior 3 months and 20,000 Kilometer BEFORE original contract expiration.
